Speedball Puff Ink Modifier

Puff your Print!  Add to Speedball Fabric Screen Printing Inks - 30% by weight.  Mix thoroughly.  Shelf life of mixture is indefinite.  Apply heat evenly to wet print and ink will puff in all directions.  Matt and opaque finish.
